10/11/2011 All I can say is wow! What beautiful weather we had at Columbus. I think for the most part everyone liked the camp site we chose. I believe next year we will try to set up here again. We might even follow some advice and separate the young and old this time. Again I can’t express enough how much I appreciate you guys going the extra distance to make the newcomers feel welcomed in our unit. I have already spoken to a few of them and they are going to try to join us at Grand Rivers. |

09/04/2011 Princeton, IN is this coming weekend. That’s right, its that time again. Dig out the canvas and lets go meet and have a little fun. Unfortunately Dad and I won’t be there this year. If you guys will and haven’t already, get in touch with Allen and let him know if you are planning on going. I hope you guys have a great time and stay safe. |

09/04/2011 I got a call from Allen last week. We are going to have two guns at Columbus this year. This event has always been a good turn out for us. This year we want to make it a maximum effort. Not only in camp, but on the field as well. Remember we are planning on camping down by the gun site this year. Look for an email on this later as the event gets closer. |

09/04/2011 Juanita has been in a car wreck recently. Form what I’ve heard ,she’s pretty bruised up and has a few broken bones. Please join me in praying for the Sheeks as she recovers. |

11/07/11 We lucked out again, Grand Rivers was a wonderful event. Despite cold temperatures at night, both days brought out small crowds. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen a group of spectators ask such good questions. Thank you to those of you who came out to support us. |
